  Check-Up Policy

Regular checkups are recommended to monitor the healthy development of growing children from birth through early adulthood. Infants and toddlers should visit their doctor every two to three months, while children over the age of two should visit annually.

Our doctors are specially trained to handle the needs of growing children through each stage of their life. Well child visits are comprehensive exams that screen for any disease risks and provide nutrition, safety, immunization and development information.

During these exams, your doctor will monitor the development of your child and measure his or her height and weight, as well as examining the body from head to toe. Any preventive needs will be provided as well. 

  Refill Request

Requests for prescription refills are handled by our automated voice mail system so that personnel can attend to the needs of patients in the office.

These type of requests can only be handled during our normal office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. All requests will be handled within 48 hours.

When leaving a message, please clearly and slowly spell the child’s name, give his/her date of birth and leave a telephone number where we can reach you before 5:00pm in case we have questions regarding your request. In most cases, you will not receive a call confirming the refill.
